We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on https://getsupa.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items.
To qualify for a return or refund:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags and packaging must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Used, worn, or damaged items not caused by shipping issues
If a non-returnable item is sent back to us, we may not be able to process it for refund or credit.
3. Return Process
To start a return:

Ship the item(s) back using the provided address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. SUPA Garments is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.

Shipping charges (for Express Shipping, if chosen) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Store Credit & Exchanges
If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund, which can be applied toward any future purchase.
Exchanges are handled as a new order once your return is processed.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
